Improved Texting Engagement with Landline Identification

VinSolutions CRM now identifies and filters out landlines from texting. This feature reduces landline error rates, improves texting engagement, and customer communication. 

When viewing Customer Information, a landline number will be indicated by a non-editable text field that says SMS Not Supported.
